- PROVEN PERFORMANCE The HEPA 600 UVIG combines a sturdy and compact aluminum cabinet frame that is far superior to other models and adds two stages of disinfection mode, which cleans, disinfects, and inhibits the growth of mold and microorganisms. This includes the safe removal of house dust, pollen, bacteria, viruses, mold spores, mite residues, animal hair, and bad odors. It is one of the most advanced air scrubbers on the market today. 1. Cleaning process: Negative ions Custom-adapted generators release negative ions to help remove pollution particles. This is especially helpful if you suffer from allergies, asthma, or chemical sensitivities. 2. Purification process: Germicidal UV-C light and HEPA standards Airborne contaminants pass through intense germicidal UV-C light that corrupts the DNA of any airborne contaminants, rendering them useless. The combination of HEPA standards and high-intensity UV lamps kill off 99.97% of airborne pathogens. The HEPA 600 UVIG draws no more than 2.8 Amps of power for up to 600 CFM of air coverage. It can be conve- niently placed horizontally on the floor (stackable) or rolled around with optional metal casters. In addition, the HEPA 600 UVIG allows for daisy-chaining of up to three units, generating a total airflow of 1800 CFM at peak performance. Application The HEPA UVIG 600 air scrubber and negative pressure air machine has a wide range of applications in medical environments,especially as an antibacterial and antiviral disinfection method. This unit is an especially portable solution for patients and isolation rooms due to its compact size. It is also perfect for water damage restoration, mold restoration, fire damage restoration, dust control, odor control, and sewage remediation. Water damage: For standard (Class 1) water damage, place the HEPA UVIG 600 in the center of the affected area. The uninterrupted operation of the HEPA UVIG 600 as a negative air machine filters up to 99.97% of any particles 0.3 micron or larger– including viruses, bacteria, house dust,pollen, mold spores, mite residue, animal hair,and odor. Mold repair:In most cases, the repair process requires the affected area to be sealed. That is because space sealing prevents the spread of mold spores and dust. There is an included standard air outlet duct, and an air inlet and air duct can be additionally ordered. Industry professionals can use the HEPA UVIG 600 to reliably purify air at their work sites
