- Garlon 3A is the liquid amine formulation for foliar, cut surface and tree injection applications. Foliar applications are most effective during the period of active growth. Tree injections and cut surface treatments can be applied year-round. Active ingredient is 44.4% triclopyr triethylamine salt. 2-1/2 Gallon Jug. This product has the new label after the Dow Company divided into three separate companies. The new Agriculture production division of Dow is now Corteva. The close up of the label shows the product is Produced for Dow LLC.
