Is the shoe waterproof?
Answer: Yes, the shoe is made with waterproof leather and water-resistant washable polyester webbing. -

Are the shoes machine washable?
Answer: Yes, all KEEN water shoes and sandals are machine washable. Use a small amount of detergent, wash on a gentle cycle, and air dry them. -

Is the shoe true to size?
Answer: Yes, this style runs true to size. It also has a non-removable EVA footbed with added arch support for all-day comfort. -

Do they brush against the loins?
Answer: I keep my lions away from them after the tigers chewed up my flip flops. -

Should I order a half size up when ordering Keens?
Answer: I just ordered a pair of keen newport h2 in my street shoe size and they are at least half a size too big so, completely opposite of what everyone else has been saying. -

Why do they have an exclamation point on them?
Answer: When you bump your toes against a rock while hiking, exclamation! comes out naturally… -
Question:
Should I get a size bigger for these sandals?
Answer: I wear 11. The shoe says 11, but I can not even get my foot into it. -

Can they be worn submerged in saltwater?
Answer: I have no first hand experience on the effects of salt water on the fabric strapping, however, in general, over time on most fabrics, salt water will at minimum bleach the color and if not properly rinsed clean of the water will probably weaken if not rot the fabric. -
Question:
Are these sandals more red or orange in color?
Answer: Dark Orange. Not red. -
Question:
Do these sandals come in extra wide sizes for men?
Answer: These seem to be average width. -
Question:
I have a wider foot and normally wear a 13 wide. Would a size 14 be suitable for these sandals?
Answer: Yes, we recommend sizing up to accommodate a wide foot and to allow for adequate room in the toe box. -
Question:
Can they be put on fairly easily with one hand?
Answer: I think so. Just jam your foot in as far as it can go then the strap in the back will slip right over the heel.
