This review is about the Grizzly Industrial G0528 Router Table. A customer said that the table was accurate, stable and can handle repeated raised panel cuts. The sliding table with hold down is excellent. The table is sturdy enough to handle a PC 3.5 HP router. The customer has faced two problems- the split fence flexes, but it could be fixed by adding a heftier plate in-between, and the router height cannot be easily adjusted from above, and the mechanism to hold it up is awkward and flimsy. The customer had to add two car hatch lifts to improve the table's functionality. The customer had a terrible experience putting the table together because some parts arrived bent, and the table was stuck in the upright position, making it incredibly heavy and dangerous. The customer mentioned that there were a lot of screws and parts that came with the router table. The instructions didn't match what was in the box. The individual parts were not marked or referenced in the instructions, making it difficult to tell what was what. The table needs a lot of manual intervention and measuring to get the correct depth of cut. Grizzly is allowing the customer to return the table for free. Overall, the customer doesn't recommend Grizzly tools based on their experience with the product.
