Is it good?
Answer: This tool is great for the DIY mechanic/week wrencher. It will do the job you need it to do. The steel is not a high quality steel so I guarantee it will not last like a Snap On, MAC, Matco, Cornwell, etc. But it will work well for the home DIY mechanic. -

can this be used with welded studs?
Answer: It does not have the twist-grip end to secure to a stud from a Magnaspot or similar stud welder for dent pulling. -

Answer: I don't know if it's returnable. Personally, for the price, I would keep it anyway. Eventually you'll need it for something and it will make your life that much easier when you do. -
