Answer: All wiring is internal. It did come with a lanyard shoulder strap. -

Answer: This is very heavy and not practical for residential use by resident. -

Answer: About 7.5 lb. After using it for a while, you would feel your arms sore. The battery may be an issue. I only used it twice. Now the battery is dead. -
