Answer: Given these measurements, we suggest a Small sleeve. For the length, measure your arm length from approximately 2 finger widths (~1" / 2.5 cm) below your armpit at the top of your arm to where your wrist meets your hand. 37-43 cm is a Short, and 42-56 is a Long. -

Answer: It does have what feels like non slip on the band. However, there have been issues with rolling down reported by users. -

The compression level of the sleeve is Class 1 or 20-30mmHg, which is lighter compression for preventive use for those at risk and minor swelling. It is not recommended to be worn during sleep.
