Foredom Power Rotary Tool Parts & Accessories Editorial Review
The Foredom M.TX motor is a high-quality and heavyweight unit that is perfect for those who frequently use a flex shaft motor. Compared to a Dremel, the quality is superior and handles any task with ease. It weighs around 17 pounds, which keeps noise and vibrations to almost nothing. Although it doesn't come with a handpiece and needs to be connected to the hanging foredom only to control the speed, it can work fine with an on/off foot pedal. However, the purchase experience, particularly from Micro tools, seems to be very disappointing, with a defective machine and bad customer service. It took almost two weeks to troubleshoot the issue, adding to the frustration. Also, there is no Foredom handpiece #15.
