The product is free of fragrance and comes with application directions. It is safe to use on the eyelids and entire eye area, except on the eye itself. The product has a very nice clean smell and comes in a cute pumpkin container. The majority of reviewers noticed a visible difference in their under-eye area after a week of use. Using very little goes a long way and the product lasts up to 6 months with nightly use. This cream is so soothing and evened the skin color under some customer's eyes (like less red/purple). It could be a little cheaper, but it seems worth the cost with its excellent quality. However, some customers were not impressed. One customer complained that the product came with a broken seal and hair inside. Another customer said she used globs of it at night, and her eye area was still dry by morning.
