    Answer: Hello, this stun gun can be used both for self-defense against gangsters and beasts, as well as for protecting pets such as cats and dogs.
  • Question: How do you properly charge this item?

    Answer: There is a small charging port on the side but I recommend an 18650 charger to ensure that the batteries are charged properly.
  • Question: Can I put this in my checked baggage on a plane?

    Answer: You’ll most likely have to check the policy of the airline.
  • Question: I walk my dog in the evening, and it seems like I can't have the flashlight on and use the stun gun at the same time. It's one or the other???

    Answer: Kinda hard to say, it's difficult to store this item for carrying on a walk due to its weight and size.
  • Question: Does it come with a carry case?

    Answer: No, it doesn’t come with a carrying case.
  • Question: Is it made of metal or plastic? It's just in case I need to use it like a baton if the stun part fails.

    Answer: It’s made out of metal, however, I had to return it cause it didn’t work properly. The company did send me instructions on how to use it which was an insult & a little too late, being that I tried every way possible to use it and it shouldn’t have to be that difficult. I feel it was a mechanism damaged and I wouldn’t recommend this particular brand product.
  • Question: Need to replace top sliding button, it's for light and stun. While sliding forward stun, after then red button must be pushed.

    Answer: Hello, are you wondering how to use a stun gun? Let me tell you: Press the green main switch button, the function indicator lights up green, then press the function button, the electric shock indicator lights up red, press the shock button, the stun gun is turned on, and you can hear the sound of electric shock.
