Does it do cover stitch? Can you suggest an affordable model that does if not?
Answer: Don't know what 'cover' stitch means. This machine does a huge variety of embroidery and all kinds of other stitches - but it does not mention 'cover' stitch. -

Is it made in Switzerland?
Answer: No, sorry not this range. -
Question:
If using this sewing machine in the UK, do I need a step-down voltage converter for the voltage? Or will it work at 240v?
Answer: I have this machine and don't need any converters. But please check what your instruction booklet says - as some of them may have been manufactured for a different situation. -
Question:
What is the stitch speed please, and also can you sew heavy fabrics, denim, and soft leather with this?
Answer: The straight stitch is approximately 700 per minute. The machine will stitch denim and soft leather. -

Can I make curtains and clothes with this model?
Answer: Yes, this machine will sew both. -
Question:
What is the setting for a gather stitch? I can't see any info in the booklet on it?
Answer: Use the longest possible straight stitch, usually 5. That way it is easy to pull the stitch to make the gathering. -

I can't see how to contact the seller. What accessories, feet, etc come with the machine?
Answer: The accessories that come with the machine are: foot control, zigzag foot (set on the machine), satin stitch foot, buttonhole foot with slide, zipper foot, button sew-on foot, bobbin (x4) (1 set on the machine), spool pin felt, needle set, second spool pin, seam ripper (buttonhole opener), T screwdriver, brush, spool disc (Small) (x1) (set on the machine), spool disc (Large) (x1), spool net, dust cover. A quilting foot set is also included with orders until the end of June. -
