WF Athletic Supply Cast Iron 1-Inch Standard Grip Plate is a great product for strength training, muscle toning, weight loss, and crossfit. These plates come in packs of 2 or 4 and have hand holds, which make them easy to hold. The quality of the product is nice, and the price is reasonable. However, there seem to be some issues with the diameter of the central hole, causing the plates to wobble on the bar or not fit onto the threaded bar. Also, there are some complaints about poor quality control and some customers only receiving half their order.
