- #2-56 + #4-40 + #8-32 + #10-24 THREAD INSERTS FOR YOUR 3D PRINTED PARTS: The ruthex threaded nuts can be retrofitted by heat or ultrasound into parts of 3D printers from e.g. Anycubic, Creality or Prusa. With the help of heat from a soldering iron or ultrasound, the insert nuts are simply embedded in a blind or through hole
- STABLE & LONG-LASTING THREAD INSERTS: The inserts with internal thread brass, which ensures optimum corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that each insert nut can be used for a long time and is easy to use. The reusability of the insert nut is also possible by carefully removing them from the pressure part when they are no longer needed
- INSERTION HELP COMPATIBLE for soldering iron heads 900M and T18 for example for soldering stations SREMTCH, Hakko, LONOVO, RHAEGON, WaxRhyed and other brands. Dimensions of the soldering iron adapter can be taken from the drawing.
- PRACTICAL THREAD INSERT SET: The ruthex soldering iron tip set includes tips for M2 / M2.5 / M3 / M4 / M5 / M6 / M8 - #2-56 / #4-40 / #8-32/ #10-24 1/4" thread inserts and a soldering iron adapter. The ideal temperature for insertion is 10-15 degrees above the hotend temperature of the 3D printing filament.

The thread inserts are supplied in a practical assortment box. The threaded sleeves can be used by ultrasonic and be inserted by ultrasonic and heat embedding
