Equipped with three heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant cast iron grates and six burners, plus one iron grill burner, the heat output is available in five 12,000 BTU, one 15,000 BTU, and one 18,000 BTU modes. The flame of the burners is not only efficient and powerful, but also meets a variety of cooking needs, suitable for stir-frying, pan-frying, steaming, boiling, deep-frying, stewing and other cooking methods.
