However, there were some issues with the bowens mount flash holder, with two out of three metal supporting rods falling out. Customer service was poor, and the customer returned the product. There is not much information on how to assemble the product, nor what the focusing rod with numerical marks is for. This product is a real parabolic for not a terrible amount of money, it focuses, floods, spots, and provides wrap-around key light for photographers and beauty. It provides beautiful soft light and is a good value for money. It comes without honeycomb grid and focusing rod.
