The Boston Soft Footbed by Birkenstock has received diverse reviews from customers. Many users have expressed satisfaction with the product, highlighting its durability and comfort. One customer mentioned that their previous pair lasted over 5 years, emphasizing its longevity. Others appreciated the soft footbed, which helped alleviate foot pain for those with conditions like hallux rigidus. However, some customers encountered issues with the fit of the shoes. It is essential to double-check the fit when ordering to avoid any discrepancies in the product received. **
