- The upgraded extruder gear is made of high-quality hardened steel and RNC nano coating technology. Combined with precise CNC machining and strict quality control, the high-quality gear is created.
- The more wear-resistant surface features RNC-based nano coating with ultra-high hardness HV3300. The total hardness of the hardened steel substrate reaches HRC60+.
- The curved teeth have a precision of 0.03 mm. They fit closely to the wave and have a high concentricity. The drive force is 15 kg.
- Full metal high temperature pressure at 500+℃, compatible with multiple models. Higher stability, wear resistance and service life. Note: It does not support the original Vyper extruder.
- Compared to other brand products, our products are smoother and finer, the tooth shape is symmetrical, the tooth tip is thinner and makes it easier to cut into the filaments. The tooth is shorter and is closer to the diameter of the filaments, so the interlocking of the filaments is better than others. It is more durable. The teething teeth are very sharp and not easy to slip.
